MEET THE COACHES  (DRAFT- 8/31/2015, not updated  for 2016)

WTYFC has put together an extraordinarily experienced and strong football coaching staff for 2015 with a mix of both parent and non-parent coaches on every team.  The station practice philosophy focused on techniques and fundamentals that utilize all of the coaches working together across the teams will ensure that consistent techniques and skill will be universal in the organization.  WTYFC is committed to sharing expertise across the organization.
Please see Coaching at WTYFC for the Coaching Requirements that these individuals have all met.  You'll note that in addition to traditional back-ground checks, CPR/First Aide Training, Concussion Awareness Training, USA Football Coach certification etc, that these coaches spend a lot of time in hands-on training with the WHS Program over the summer, receiving specific instruction from the WHS Head Coach.
WTYFC President, Henry Moniz, along with Commissioner Mark Keeney, have worked months with coaches and families to identify the best coaches available for each grade.   Mark is specifically jumping in and working on the coaching staffs of the lower level teams, and Tony is on the field overseeing all of the teams and jumping him to assist as necessary. Please don't hesitate to contact them directly if you have any questions or concerns.
